Basis of Contract

This Contract is made for the purpose of a holiday and is not intended to create the relationship of landlord and tenant between us.

Payment

A 25% deposit is due at time of booking.The booking is not confirmed unit the point of payment. The balance is due 12 weeks before your holiday starts. You can pay by cheque, BACS .

Damages or breakages

A cautionary deposit is set at  between  £500  for the 2 bed unit and  for the 4 bed units£1,000.  The deposit will be taken at the final payment point. Any damages or extra cleaning charges incurred will only be taken after discussion with yourselves. If Cautionary Deposit is paid by cheque or bacs we will refund within 5 working days.

Cancellation

If you cancel your holiday please let us know by email or in writing to Tee Farm, Martley, Worcester, WR6 6QT.  We will endeavor to re let the property, but if we cannot, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of your deposit.We strongly recommend that you take out Cancellation Insurance.

Period of hire

Period of hire begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure.

Noise policy

We request that loud music is kept within the properties after 10 pm.

Pets

Pets are welcome by arrangement and with a £50 charge per animal. Any damage caused by pets will be taken from the cautionary deposit. Please keep dogs under control around animals.

No smoking policy

All the properties are entirely non-smoking inside the barns.
